Tampoco vale. Hoy en día hay timadores que te consiguen tarjetas de crédito válidas, que te llega el dinero, que lo puedes sacar... y al tiempo, cuando se denuncian como robadas te toca devolver la pasta. Lo hacen mucho con las reservas de hotel.
con pocas tarjetas puedes hacer desembolsos de miles de euros, ademas que si tu eres quien recibe el dinero el problema es del banco y del titular de la tarjeta No te toca devolver nada. Si el banco te dice que devuelvas el dinero tu le pides al titular de la tarjeta que te devuelva el coche. Cuenta con que la transaccion de la tarjeta se ha realizado entre 3 entidades 1)el titular 2)el banco emisor 3) el banco receptor No eres responsable ya que tu nisiquiera has participado en la operacion, la unica transaccion que has realizado tu es retirar dinero de tu cuenta. De todas formas, eso de vender y comprar coches por internet NO ES RECOMENDABLE, se puede hacer en Estados Unidos porque hay otras garantias y leyes. A mi me llamo uno una vez pidiendome un monton de datos mios y del coche que vendia, le dije que si queria el coche que viniese a verlo y hariamos la transaccion en una oficina bancaria. El tipo se puso como una fiera y me pregunto ¿quieres vender el coche o no? le dije: pues mira, a ti no y colgue el telefono. Piensa que cualquier persona que tenga el dinero y la tranquilidad de comprar un coche sin importarle el riesgo que pueda correr su dinero, preferirá comprar un coche que este en su localidad aunque le cueste unos euros mas. Y si es un coche tan especial para ti, bien merece la pena dos o tres viajes (eso lo hemos hecho muchos aqui) Buscan a personas desesperadas por vender asi que a la minima de cosa extraña que veais no vendais ni compreis. a mi me gusta ir a al banco,tu firmas un contrao y la otra parte el otro, cambia el dinero de mano junto con los contratos y se deposita al momento, fotocopias de Dni y todo lo demas. firmar los contratos e Inmediatamente acompañar al comprador/vendedor a hacer el cambio de nombre. suele tomar una mañana y te quedas tranquilo.
Yo tengo mi coche a la venta (un 964 también) y desde que lo puse esos individuos, se lanzan de cabeza. Te envían hasta mensajes de texto si dejas un móvil de contacto. Pasa olímpicamente y si te apetece, lee un post que abrí no hace mucho sobre el tema, copia el texto que le envié al ultimo y te aseguro que si se lo envías, no volverá a molestarte. Ademas te vas a reír un rato, ya veras. Ni te molestes, solo ríete un rato con ellos cuando te apetezca y luego corta el tema. Suerte

Pués... Yo tengo colgado el anuncio en autoscout también recibí la citada postal del aspirante a estafador.... Le dije que OK, que pasara la oferta detallada , al Gabinete Jurídico XXXXXXX para su estudio y validación.. Y.....desde entonces mutismo, ya no ha molestado más..... Otra solución es que le respondas y firmes el mensaje con tu nombre y "abogado"... Verás como deja de molestar....
